Our placement policy is designed to provide opportunities for all eligible students to secure placements either in our parent company, Lilac Infotech, or other esteemed IT companies across India.
We assure 100% placement assistance to all eligible students who have completed their course successfully and met the necessary criteria.
Each student will receive a minimum of 5 interview opportunities, either in Lilac Infotech or with other IT companies within a year from joining.
We guarantee thorough technical training, ensuring that students are well-prepared to excel in technical aspects during interviews.
While we provide guidance and support, clearing interviews is the responsibility of the individual students. Criteria such as attitude, compensation expectations, language proficiency, and other company-specific requirements are solely the candidate's responsibility.
As part of our curriculum, we offer comprehensive placement guidance in the last month of the course. This includes mock interviews, group discussions, personality development programs, aptitude guidance, and other soft skills training to enhance students' employability.
Our experienced placement team works closely with each student, providing personalized counseling and assistance throughout the placement process.
We maintain transparency in the placement process and keep students informed about potential job opportunities. While we endeavor to facilitate placements, we do not guarantee job offers from external companies, as the selection process may vary based on individual company policies.
