Students can request admission cancellation by sending an email to the official email address or contacting our customer support helpline. Requests for cancellation must be made within a specified timeframe from the date of enrollment. Any requests received beyond this period may not be considered for cancellation.
Software Campus reserves the right to discontinue any course in exceptional circumstances, such as insufficient enrolment or unforeseen operational challenges. In the event of a course discontinuation, students will be notified in advance, and they may have the option to transfer to another course or receive credit for future courses.
Once the payment is made, there will be no refund provided under any circumstances, except in cases where a course is discontinued by Software Campus. In the case of a course discontinuation, students may be eligible for a partial or full refund, as determined by Software Campus.
